DENVER, CO – Wiegmann Associates has completed work on the HVAC system at the new 95,880-square-foot CubeSmart Storage facility in Denver. Wiegmann designed and installed a cost-effective system to heat and cool the personal storage units and a new mezzanine in the two-story self-storage facility, which previously had been a lumber supply building. The general contractor was Taylor Kohrs.
