ENERGY SAVINGS

The new HVAC system provides new utility metering, automation and monitoring to reduce energy usage and meet high performance green building standards.

PROJECT SCOPE

Wiegmann replaced an obsolete HVAC system. HVAC upgrades included the relocation and replacement of outdoor air intakes on the roof to meet current security requirements.

The $27.1 million renovation of the five-story federal building in Overland, MO, converted 200,000sf of formerly vacant space into offices for the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA).
