PROJECT SCOPE

Wiegmann was the Engineer of Record and installing HVAC contractor for this new out-of-the-ground school in St. Charles, Missouri for Orchard Farm School District. In addition to installing the HVAC system, which features a dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS), Wiegmann also installed a Delta Controls Building Automation System.

The 76,803-square-foot facility includes 20 classrooms, flex space for preschool, cafeteria, gymnasium, dual-sided stage and an administration suite.

In 2014, Wiegmann installed HVAC systems for an eight-classroom addition at the school. McClure Engineering was the EOR for the classroom addition project.
