Westwood Country Club

Project Scope

Westwood County Club converted a screened-in porch into a four-seasons room. To ensure occupant comfort, Wiegmann installed a boiler system for in-floor radiant heat as well as air conditioning. We also designed and installed a Building Automation System for enhanced flexibility, climate control and energy efficiency.

Detailed organization and scheduling with the country club, general contractor and club members allowed us to overcome challenges of working in the historic building, ensure comfort of the club members during construction and keep the grounds as quiet and clean as possible.
