Project Scope
Wiegmann Associates has begun renovation work on three buildings at the St. Louis VA Medical Center-Jefferson Barracks to replace outdated heating and cooling systems. The project involves removing the 50-year-old HVAC systems in Buildings 1, 51 and 52 and installing new, more energy-efficient equipment as well as new ductwork, piping and insulation.
Wiegmann also is installing the HVAC system to serve a new rehabilitation facility and previously installed the heating and cooling systems in the 67,000-square-foot Jefferson Barracks VA Engineering Warehouse.
