Shelbourne at Chesterfield

Wiegmann has begun work on the new $35.2 million, 150-unit Shelbourne at Chesterfield. Construction of the 197,000-square-foot complex is expected to be completed by Spring 2023. The development is a joint venture between Shelbourne Healthcare, a Pennsylvania-based senior housing developer, and Cedarhurst, an operator of senior living facilities across Missouri. The general contractor is Brahms Construction, LLC and the architect is Moseley Architects.

Wiegmann is designing and installing heating and air conditioning systems to serve 96 independent units, 37 assisted living units, 17 memory care units and amenity spaces, which include large visiting areas, libraries, a wine room and coffee bistros. The energy-efficient and cost-effective HVAC design meets the stringent standards set forth by the Department of Health and Senior Services while also providing optimal comfort for residents.
