Project Scope
Wiegmann is installing contractor for the complete tenant build-out of two floors of this office building in Clayton, Missouri. The project scope includes replacing of all Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems and Fan Terminal Units (FTU). We also installed a new Building Automation System.
Primary project challenges included working in a high rise in a busy, downtown district as well as the distribution of equipment and duct work to high floors without the use of a freight elevator. Coordination and logistical planning were key to the project success.
