Project Scope

• Reworked existing terminal units and zoning to accommodate new floor plan
• Replaced all grilles and add duct where necessary
• Retrofitted electronic digital controllers onto existing pneumatic VAV terminal units
• Installed new DDC control system

Project Challenge/Solution

This project included renovation of 84,000 sf of office space, which had not been occupied for more than 10 years. We evaluated the existing systems and solved challenges so that those systems would work with the new floor plan. We retrofitted new electronic digital controllers onto existing pneumatically controlled Variable Air Volume (VAV) terminal units. Despite a very short, four-month design and construction schedule, we completed the project on time.
