Project Challenge/Solution

Wiegmann’s primary role for the construction of this new high school in the Wentzville School District was to furnish and install the HVAC system. The primary challenges were the size of the 220,000-square-foot facility and the strict schedule.

To simplify construction and speed up the schedule, our team Value Engineered some areas of the design. We worked closely with McClure Engineering, the Engineer of Record, to ensure that all changes resulting from the VE concepts retained the original design intent.
