Project Scope

The owner’s goal was an HVAC system that is capable of operating efficiently 24 hours per day, seven days per week, while also having the capability to serve only portions of the building at times. Wiegmann designed and installed an HVAC solution that features an energy-efficient and cost-effective Rooftop Variable Air Volume (VAV) system with rooftop units, energy recovery units, VAV boxes, and Fan Terminal Units (FTU). For optimal comfort and efficiency, Wiegmann installed a Delta Controls Building Automation System (BAS) with 79 zones. The system’s enteliWEB graphical interface centralizes the building management operation for the client.
