Project Challenge/Solution

CubeSmart Storage is the fourth largest owner and operator of self-storage facilities in the United States.

The new CubeSmart Storage location in Denver previously housed a lumber supply company. The renovation converts the space into separate heated and air-conditioned personal storage units. A mezzanine level will be added to create a 95,880-square-foot, two-story facility.

Wiegmann Associates has extensive experience in the unique requirements and challenges of conditioned warehouses. The HVAC solution Wiegmann developed will provide cost-effective, reliable and consistent temperature control for the storage facility. A centralized temperature control system will allow the building operator to monitor building temperatures from a single location.
