Project Challenge/Solution
The 41,000 sf Brentwood Recreation Center project included installing a new HVAC system. We also installed a Building Automation System to optimize energy efficiency. The primary project challenge was installing new equipment in an existing space and completing all work on a tight, four-month deadline.
