Project Scope

Wiegmann Associates was the design/build mechanical contractor for the new Ameren Corporate Office in Collinsville, IL. Wiegmann’s value engineered HVAC solution serves all areas of the facility, including executive offices, open workspaces and an auditorium. The HVAC system features variable air volume rooftop systems (VAV) and fan terminal units (FTU) for zone control and energy savings. Wiegmann installed the complete HVAC system, including ductwork, piping, rooftop units and exhaust fans. A Building Automation System allows additional energy savings, increased monitoring capability, trend logging, and remote access.
