The existing HVAC controls and equipment were not effectively controlled to minimize energy consumption or to maintain a comfortable environment. Wiegmann performed an extensive energy audit and engineered a new control sequence for the HVAC systems, which required the addition of new variable speed supply fans, make-up air units, and re-commissioning and control of existing exhaust fans and louvers.
