Wiegmann Completes Design/Build Work at BJC Evelyn’s House Hospice

ST. LOUIS, MO- Wiegmann Associates completed work as HVAC Mechanical Contractor at BJC Evelyn’s House Hospice. Wiegmann value engineered the HVAC system to help bring the project within budget. The 16-suite hospice home includes family gathering spaces, kitchen and dining rooms, music and art therapy rooms, and patient rooms. Wiegmann design/built several types of HVAC systems to accommodate the unique needs of the various spaces. We also installed Building Automation Systems to control temperature settings in each room to maximize comfort for patients.
