Wiegmann Completes HVAC Work on Ameren Corporate Office in Collinsville, IL

Wiegmann recently completed HVAC work for the new 48,000-square-foot Ameren Corporate Office in Collinsville, IL, as the design/build mechanical contractor. The general contractor was Poettker Construction Company and the architect was Arcturis.

Wiegmann’s value engineered HVAC solution serves all areas of the facility, including executive offices, open workspaces and an auditorium. The HVAC system features variable air volume rooftop systems (VAV) and fan terminal units (FTU) for zone control and energy savings. Wiegmann installed the complete HVAC system, including ductwork, piping, rooftop units, exhaust fans, and a Building Automation System. The Building Automation System allows additional energy savings, increased monitoring capability, trend logging, and remote access.
