PROJECT SCOPE
Wiegmann Associates is the installing HVAC contractor for the National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) Lake Saint Louis campus expansion. The expansion adds 44,000-square-feet for additional employee work areas and an expanded mailroom facility for NISC’s Automated Mailroom Services division.
Wiegmann added new roof top equipment, variable volume system for offices, and a complete controls system. We also relocated existing compressed air equipment and piping.
