PROJECT SCOPE

Wiegmann was the prime contractor responsible for electrical, structural, roofing and refrigeration work for Chef’s Warehouse, a fast-paced project for the specialty food distributor. The scope of work included installing rooftop equipment rails and flashing, pulling and terminating the power and controls wiring, setting and piping refrigeration equipment, as well as starting up and testing the refrigeration units for the 40 degree refrigerated spaces.

The most significant challenge was working in downtown New York City.  Organized planning, communication and coordination with the client and subcontractors kept the project on schedule.
